Seaboard Manufacturing LLC is a woman owned business based in Clearwater, Florida. We are an engineering, machining and manufacturing company managed by Shawn McNary that provides CNC machining services, for the Defense, Aerospace & Automotive industries.

Key Employees
Shawn McNary | Managing Partner
Shawn is a Clearwater, FL native that has been in the manufacturing business since 1990. He has extensive hands-on experience in precision machining, tool & die making, and automation supervision. He has also been an Operations Manager for a startup plastic injection molding/precision metal stamping facility, growing that company to $6 million per year, and worked for a major European manufacturer as Business Development Manager.
Shawn has additional professional training in Dale Carnegie courses, and is well versed in various QMS systems including, but not limited to AS9100 and ISO9001.
Jackie Thrasher | Office Manager & QMS Rep
Jackie has worked in a variety of industries, including the wholesale, construction, safety, and healthcare industries since 1993. Previous experience includes warehouse management, contract management, accounting, sales, marketing, and safety compliance, having served on safety committees in both the service and healthcare industries.
David Artman | CNC Estimator
Dave is originally from Michigan, living in both the lower and upper peninsulas, and has lived in Florida since 2014. His background is primarily in medical device manufacturing, working for companies making surgical instruments and implants. His experience includes precision machining setting up and programming conventional lathes, swiss turning centers, and 4 and 5 axis milling centers, manufacturing/process engineering along with design work, department supervision and planning, and managing an R&D department developing new products with engineers.
