Key Leadership
Shelly Karuppiah | President
Shelly Karuppiah brings over 35 years of comprehensive manufacturing experience to Seaboard Manufacturing in the areas of manufacturing process improvement, financial management, organizational development and human resources. Shelly has spent her entire career in the manufacturing sector where she focused on process documentation for repeatability and continuous improvement for organizational growth and competitiveness. Shelly also has extensive operational experience with the launching of remote start-up expansions, mergers and acquisitions, and working with government and related agencies in acquiring ISO/AS certifications. Shelly has managed grant programs for employee development as well as handled a broad spectrum of human resource matters. Shelly previously worked as a Health & Safety Manager, Director of Human Resources and Operations Manager for a manufacturing facility with $80 million in annual sales.
Margie Schram | Office Administrator
Margie joined the Seaboard Manufacturing, LLC team in June of 2020. She oversees our bookkeeping and administrative functions. Margie has been working in accounting and bookkeeping since the mid 1980’s and enjoys the everyday duties of bookkeeping and office needs. Margie handles accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoicing, office purchasing and all aspects of the bookkeeping needs.

Alan Cressman brings over 30 years of experience in machining, metal fabrication and new process introduction and development. He also has extensive experience in manufacturing plant start-ups. Alan is responsible for all estimating and quoting at Seaboard Manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Alan has worked in various industries including electric power tools, locomotive cooling systems, the home heating appliance business and a contract manufacturer serving the hydroforming market. Alan looks forward to assisting in each new opportunity by providing competitive pricing and providing exceptional quality parts.
