Quality Assurance Staff

Our quality assurance team is composed of individuals who are highly motivated and committed to ensuring that all products produced meet our customer’s requirements. Our QA team work within and help us uphold our company’s certification standards for ISO9001 & AS9100D. You maybe a good fit for our team if:

  • You have extensive knowledge and experiencing using of common inspection measurement tools; calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, gage pins, bore gages, optical comparator, CMM, Cadillac gage and height gage as needed.
  • You are able to utilize standard quality methods, tools, and criteria used for inspection.
  • You have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and symbols, and the ability to understand & apply problem solving methods, statistical sampling, & inspection technique.
  • You have strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data and provide feedback to management.

CNC Programming Staff

Our CNC Programming team is responsible for the effective utilization of Mastercam’s “Solid Works” software to transfer customer supplied or internally generated 3D files into CNC machining programs. You would be a good fit for our CNC Programming Team if

  • You have experience reviewing project work for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements.
  • You are able to maintain specifications by observing machine operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • You possess the ability to use common inspection measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, gage pins, bore gages, optical comparator, CMM, Cadillac gage, height gage.
  • And you are able to accept ownership and be responsible, dependable, and have an exceptional work ethic.

CNC Machinist Staff

Our CNC Machining team plans machining by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. You would be a good fit for our CNC Machinists Team if

  • You have experience entering program data into CNC control unit of machine for various operations needed to complete the job.
  • You have experience examining work pieces, selecting work holding arrangement, and planing sequences of machining operations by collaborating with programmers.
  • You can program CNC control unit using imported CAD files as supplied from customers or from the machine panel as needed.
  • You can operate CNC Machining Center using controls to adjust feeds and/or speeds to achieve maximum operating efficiencies and quality of workmanship.
  • You can maintain cleanliness of machine and machining area, perform regular inspection of assigned machine, and completes weekly maintenance checks.
  • You have exceptional focus on project follow-through; the ability and understanding needed to thoroughly document project completion and are detail oriented with the desire to maintain 100% accuracy.
